Q. What is the meaning of refurbished product?

Ans. Refurbishment is the distribution of products (usually electronics and electrical) that have been previously returned to a manufacturer or vendor for various reasons. Refurbished products are normally tested for functionality and defects before they are sold, and thus are the approximate equivalent of certified pre-owned cars.

The main difference between refurbished and used products is that refurbished products have been tested and verified to function properly, and are thus free of defects, while used products may or may not be defective. Refurbished products may be unused customer returns that are essentially new items, or they may be defective products that were returned under NO warranty, and resold by the manufacturer after repairing the defects and ensuring proper function.

 

Q. Is there any manufacturing or seller warranty for refurbished/preowned products?

Ans. There is no manufacturing warranty for any refurbished/ preowned products . We give 6 months warranty offered by Warranty Bazaar. To claim  warranty contact at 9870168606 or email at support@warrantybazaar.com / contactus@warrantybazaar.com  between monday to saturday(9:30 am – 6:30 pm) .

Q. For how many days Buyer get replacement warranty for my defective product?

Ans. 3 days replacement warranty will be given to the buyer including delivery date

 

Q. What are the payment modes available on secondvendor.com?

Ans. Currently secondvndor.com has Cash on delivery ( New currency 500 and 2000 rs Notes included ),Payumoney payment and via bank wire.

 

Q. Through which logistics partner I will get my Product?

Ans. We have delhivery (SSN Logistics Pvt.Ltd.) As our courier partner for cash on delivery .DTDC for 24 hrs delivery service is used it costs you Rs 149 extra and prepaid only.

 

Q. Do I need to ship my product If I raise replacement request?

Ans. It depends on your locality if we have return pick up service in your area then pick up will be done by secondvendor. If your area is not available for pick up you need to ship your product yourself . We refund you Rs 200 in your paytm wallet.You need to mail the shipping receipt at secondvend@gmail.com .
