     STEPS TO CLAIM WARRANTY FROM WARRANTY BAZAAR

  • Call to the warranty bazaar customer support (98701686060 between 9:30  AM  to 6:30 PM.(Mon to Sat)).
  • Once the issue is registered in the record , warranty bazaar schedules the free  pickup of the mobile(if your area is servicable) and if your area is non servicable then you will have to ship your product to warranty bazaar at address provided by customer support(Shipping charges will be refunded by warranty bazaar only).
  • Warranty bazaar repair the product in its service centre and return the same back to the customers thus providing end to end door step support.

     SERVICES UNDER WARRANTY

  • Call to the warranty bazaar customer support (98701686060 between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.(Mon to Sat)).
  • The support contract does take care of manufacturing defects, stock lot defects and mass failures. UPR E Commerce Pvt ltd.(Warranty Bazaar) will entertain Accidental damage /Liquid Damage cases as well. In such case, UPR E Commerce Pvt ltd. will charge separately to repair on case to case basis depending on the nature of repair required.
  • UPR E Commerce Pvt ltd.(Warranty Bazaar) will verify Serial and IMEI Numbers of the Mobile Handset and tables and incorporate the in CRM for Validations and warranty support, whenever customer raises an service support.
  • This warranty does not include support for any accidental damage claims. CID (Customer induced damages) and theft insurance of any nature.
  • This warranty does not include support to accessories (battery, charger, hands fee etc ).
